  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to meet the needs of our customers:

  • Local Shipping (within Sargodha City):
    • For customers located within Sargodha city, we offer same-day delivery or next-day delivery (depending on order time and location).
    • Deliveries within Sargodha city will be handled by our in-house delivery service or a trusted local courier.
  • National Shipping (Outside Sargodha City):
    • For all orders outside Sargodha, we partner with trusted courier services, such as TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
    • National deliveries typically take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order size, and weight of the products. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on certain products or for orders above a specific value (e.g., orders over PKR [Insert Amount]).
  • Standard Shipping: If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be applied. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: Efilym Store currently only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Box Addresses: We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Delivery Time

  • Local Deliveries (Sargodha City): Orders placed within Sargodha should arrive within 1-2 business days.
  • National Deliveries: Orders shipped outside of Sargodha can take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package through the courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient not being available or other reasons, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup at a nearby location.
  • If the package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays in delivery. Efilym Store will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect shipping information.

  • Inventory Issues: If an item is out of stock or there is an inventory issue, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.

10. Packaging

All products will be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

11. Returns & Exchanges

For information on returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
