2. Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options to ensure your order arrives in the most convenient and timely manner:
- Local Delivery (Within Sargodha City):
- Orders placed within Sargodha City may be delivered by our in-house delivery team or local courier services. Delivery is generally completed within 1-2 business days.
- National Delivery (Outside Sargodha City):
- Orders outside of Sargodha will be shipped using trusted national courier services, such as TCS, Leopards, or Pakistan Post.
- Delivery times for national orders generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on certain products or for orders above a minimum amount (e.g., orders over PKR [Insert Amount]).
- Flat Rate Shipping: If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout, based on your delivery address.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery with the relevant courier service.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has shipped.
5. Delivery Time
- Local Deliveries: Orders within Sargodha City should arrive within 1-2 business days.
- National Deliveries: Orders outside Sargodha may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the courier service and delivery location.
- Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or courier delays).
6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Efilym Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), the courier service may make an additional delivery attempt or hold the package at a nearby location for pickup.
- If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. International Delivery
Currently, Efilym Store only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. Order Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, there are situations that may cause delays, including:
- Courier delays: Sometimes courier services experience delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- High order volumes: During sales, promotions, or holidays, order volumes may cause slight delays in processing or shipping.
- Customs delays (for international orders): If you place an order from outside Sargodha, customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please review our Return & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to proceed with returns or exchanges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
